We are now seeking an exceptional Chief People Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping the organisation's next chapter.
This is a strategic leadership appointment focused on organisational effectiveness, culture, leadership capability, workforce transformation and future readiness. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will help strengthen leadership, build organisational capability and create the conditions for consistently high performance.
We are interested in accomplished leaders from a broad range of sectors. Experience in social care is welcomed but is not essential. You may have developed your career in a commercial, technology-enabled, private equity-backed, multi-site, regulated or purpose-led organisation.
