Carevisions Residential - Make a referral

We welcome enquiries about our services and potential placements for children and young people, aged six to eighteen.

We are happy to discuss our residential services, placement availability and what we can offer. Whilst emergency referrals can be accommodated, the young person, social workers, families and other professionals are always encouraged to arrange a visit to our services and meet our managers and the care teams.

Our referral process at a glance:

Contact a member of our Residential Placement Team on 0800 808 9913 and press option “2” to discuss placement availability and your requirements.
Provide contact details including your email address to allow us to send you the necessary placement enquiry form which we require you to complete and return.
Return the placement paperwork and provide background details and current reports to ensure the most appropriate placement is identified.
Arrangements are made to ensure the young person’s arrival at our service is fully planned.
