Job Type: Permanent

Residential Child Care services plays a valuable role, within a range of provision, caring for children and young people who are unable to live with their families. Being a residential child care worker is exceptionally challenging and rewarding. Our young people need uniquely caring people to support them who have the skills, values and heart to enhance their safety, enjoy a good childhood, support them to recover from adversity and to grow and develop, happy in the present and hopeful for the future.

If you think you have the character and motivation to bring value to the lives of children and young people who need it most, we would be interested in hearing from you. While experience of working with children and young people would be appreciated, it is not necessary. Successful applicants will be embraced and enabled to grow and develop within a vibrant and vital community of support.

You will also need:

  • A valid manual driving licence (essential)
  • PVG check (company funded)
